CATAP Awards 

The following awards are sponsored by CATAP.

CATAP confers two awards:

1. One for Contribution to the Field of Threat Assessment in Canada and Abroad; and

2. One for Contribution to the Growth and Advancement of the Canadian Association of Threat Assessment Professionals

Both awards are presented during our annual Workshop & Conference.


 

Contribution to the Field of Threat Assessment in Canada and Abroad

Description:

This award recognizes an individual who has made substantial contributions to the field of threat assessment in Canada and abroad. 

The award winner will receive:

  • A complimentary registration at the CATAP Annual Workshop and Conference the year the award is granted.
  • A letter of recognition from the CATAP President.
  • An engraved plaque. 
  • Thier name and image published on CATAP social media and website.

Eligibility:

  • Nominated individuals must be active CATAP members in good standing. 
  • Nominators must be active CATAP member(s).
  • Nominee submissions will be voted on by the CATAP board of directors, and winners selected. 
  • Self-nomination is permitted. 
  • Winners must permit CATAP to publish the award and an image on CATAP social media (LinkedIn and Twitter), and website.

Contribution to the Growth and Advancement of the Canadian Association of Threat Assessment Professionals

Description:

This award recognizes an individual who has made substantial contributions to the growth and advancement of CATAP.

The award winner will receive:

  • A complimentary registration at the CATAP Annual Workshop and Conference the year the award is granted.
  • A letter of recognition from the CATAP President.
  • An engraved plaque. 
  • Thier name and image published on CATAP social media and website.
